Grounded Dance Company open dance classes have a technique based focus and style will change weekly. The class geared toward the intermediate/advanced adult dancer will have a faster pace throughout class. Beginners are welcome if you love the challenge! Both classes provide a safe space to explore movement, work on technical dance aspects and have fun.
