Grounded Dance Company open dance classes have a technique based focus and style will change weekly. The class is geared toward the intermediate/advanced adult dancer and will have a quick pace throughout class. Beginners are welcome if you love the challenge! All classes provide a safe space to explore movement, work on technical dance aspects and have fun. All classes and workshops are through the parent brand Grounded Dance Company LLC.
